Kagiso Mokgatle aka Kay-9ine is a well established DJ and Producer from SA. His love for music began with the turntables as he watched his older brother who was a DJ at the time.
Kay-9nine started performing professionally at the young age of 16 and after working his way up the ranks he became resident at the reputable venues Defunked and Vertigo Cafe in his local area.
Kay-9ine also is the name on many productions and remixes on labels like Puno Music, Sunklock, Urunga Music, Sure Player and the House Africa imprint. He has also shared the stage with many big players in the dance music field in SA.
Kay-9ine is also part of SoulLab with his friend (Also called Kagiso) which is also making ground with some great releases in the pipeline.
